湘南市民コール　しょうなんしみんコール　[合唱]


1952年に神奈川県藤沢市を本拠地として創設。
1959年常任指揮者に関屋晋が就任し、全日本合唱コンクール、ヴァルナ国際合唱コンクールへ参加。
また晋友会合唱団の一員として多くの国内外のオーケストラと共演を果たす。
現在は常任指揮者 清水敬一のもと、晋友会合唱団への参加以外に、年一回の単独演奏会、
県や市の合唱祭出演を主な活動としている。また藤沢市合唱連盟の一員として藤沢市民オペラなど
藤沢市みらい創造財団主催事業へ積極的に参加している。

Shonan Shimin Chor

The Shonan Shimin Choir was founded in 1952 in Fujisawa City, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan.

Shin Sekiya was appointed as music director in 1959, and the choir has participated in the All Japan Chorus
Competition and the International May Choir Competition during his tenure.
As a member of widely acclaimed Shinyukai Choir, Shonan Shimin Choir has the opportunities to perform with professional orchestras in Japan and around the world.

Currently the choir is led by the music director SIMIZU Keiiti, and it performs on the stages including Shinyukai Choir, self-produced annual concert, local choral festivals and joint concerts with other choirs.

In addition, the choir actively participates in the musical projects sponsored by the municipal foundation including Fujisawa Civic Opera.
